Real estate administration and management ADAGI SA

ADAGI is the acronym for “Agence d’administration et de gérance immobilière” (real estate administration and property management). Created in 1981 by Roland and Annette Travelletti, the company is active in Central Valais and particularly across the entire region of Anzere, near Ayent and Arbaz.

Since then, the Travelletti family worked passionately on the administration, management, construction and renovation of buildings, apartments and chalets.

After 40 years as administrators of co-owned properties and condominiums, they decided to retire by passing on their real estate agency to two local entrepreneurs.

At the end of 2020, we – Laurent Soguel and Emmanuel Gaudin – took over the company. Property managers with federal diplomas, we met in 2013 while studying at the Swiss Union of Real Estate Professionals (USPI). It was when we obtained the “Brevet fédéral de Gérant d’immeubles” (federal diploma in property management) that we sealed our friendship and laid the groundwork for our subsequent collaboration.

Specialised in the administration of co-owned properties and condominiums, we are also available for brokerage mandates, appraisals, or simply to provide you with some savvy advice on the real estate market.
Our experience in the fields of sales, rentals and management (including technical management) is drawn from our many years of work in the real estate industry.
